Brinexalto information

Privacy Policy

How Brinexalto handles contact messages, technical logs and privacy requests in New Zealand.

01

Information we receive

When you read the site, our hosting infrastructure may create short technical records such as the requested page, approximate time, browser type, referring page and IP address. These records support delivery, security and fault diagnosis; they are not used to build advertising profiles. If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, subject and message that you choose to provide. Please do not include passwords, payment details or unnecessary sensitive information.

02

How we use information

Contact details are used only to answer an enquiry, investigate a correction, process a privacy request or maintain a necessary editorial record. Technical records help us keep the service available, diagnose errors and prevent abuse. Brinexalto does not sell personal information, rent mailing lists or use reader data for behavioural advertising.

03

Storage, sharing and retention

Messages are accessible only to people handling the relevant editorial or administrative task. Information may be processed by essential hosting or email providers acting on our behalf, or disclosed where New Zealand law requires it. We retain correspondence only while it remains useful for the enquiry, correction record, security or legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it.

04

Your privacy choices

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask for deletion where retention is no longer necessary. Send a request through the contact page and select “Privacy request”. We may need to verify that the request relates to you before releasing or changing information.
